- We do NOT collect any information besides what you gave us that could help us identify you. The only reason we ask for your email address is so that you are able to reset your password.
Third Party Services
Internal analytics data is stored by Mixpanel.
Your payment details are exclusively stored by Stripe.
When accessing our feedback page, your email and username is shared with Nolt in order to link your TradingLite account with their services and allow them to provide email notifications when you subscribe to any of the topics.
Your username, current plan and plan end date is shared with Crisp so that we don't have to ask you for this basic info everytime you use the live chat.
